I believe in the power of recovery. My mission is to help individuals achieve sustainable and meaningful recoveries tailored to their individual lifestyles. As an individual in long-term recovery myself, I understand the challenges and obstacles that individuals face on their journey to lasting recovery. I use my professional and lived experience to assist others in their pursuit of a healthier and fulfilling life. I am well-versed in 12-step modalities and honor all pathways to recovery. As a subject matter expert in harm reduction and Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) counseling for opioid use disorder and alcohol use disorder, I take pride in offering evidence-based services aimed at improving quality life. My approach is client-centered and our sessions are tailored to meet each person's individual needs and preferences.
